yesterday..xy.pl and i went to yt house to play cards...a good prediction..but have no idea whther its the truth anot..hope so =)we enjoyed ourselves at yt house..also a small session of chat with cm...hmmm....Then at about 7pm..we went to Gekpo's Macdonald to had our dinner...they had mac spicy...tastes great..i had fish burger..yummy!..hhahax...

went to exercise today..facilitate well... almost tried all the exercising machines such as the treadmill and exercise bike..hmm.quite tedious...lose 321 calories...lol...exercise for a healthy lifestyle! =D

1st time there,quite a nice workout place =) its cheap,clean and not crowded with bobbing heads..and the view was quite nice =D can see the swimming pool when working out..hahax..

We left the gymnasium after 3hours of work out ...carrying our heavy and tired foot up..off we headed home =)

Now..too long never work out or exercise already..causing muscle to be in pain..but i guess it should be fine soon =D got to study for mt o level on monday le..jia you everyone =D
And hor..i got post de hor..dont say me ar...pl..lol...
